Cancellation Policy
Any appointment canceled less than 48 hours before their scheduled service time will be charged 25% of the total service cost if it is not rescheduled within a week of the original appointment. Any appointment canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and will be required to put down a 50% deposit when booking in the future.
